I don’t even know where to start…

Our trip to America is literally a once in a lifetime trip for us.

For me to have sat down and sorted, booked, confirmed all aspects of our trip would have taken weeks. Not to mention probably ending up with me tearing my hair out. Being able to have one person handling all our (numerous) requests has actually been so, so very easy. You have replied to our requests promptly, offering alternatives (usually cheaper and much more suited), and guiding us through the process.

4 days ago, I came across The Classic West Concert event that Ticketmaster.com (in America) was selling tickets to. As luck would have it this concert was being held in LA on the nights we will be there. I tried to research purchasing tickets myself from NZ, but kept coming up with dodgy looking websites that claimed to have cheaper tickets. Then we had a brainwave to call you and see what, if anything, you could manage to do…

As you know there was a presale option for tickets going on sale this morning. Unfortunately, we could not qualify for that presale as we didn’t hold the associated credit card. I emailed you with the details and, frankly, didn’t hold out much hope. In fact, when tickets went on sale this morning, I tried to secure x 4, and couldn’t even secure 1! Suffice to say I figured we wouldn’t be going. ****Then you called****…to let me know you had secured x 4 tickets for us!!!!!! Words could not even come close to describing how we all feel right now…You have literally made our year!!!

We've returned after a great trip - thank you for your help in this.

We were with family for a week or so of this trip..................the rest was a 'package from Vacation Villas Florida and what a stuff up - 5 bookings and 2 of them, no record of our booking and the wrong Hotel booked!

Very frustrating and costly!
