As one of New Zealand's leading airfare nerds; the more complex your trip is the more value I can add for you. My specialty is Round The World and multi-city trips. I love saving you dollars and time, pushing airlines to provide the maximum value on your next adventure. 

Some of my more memorable successes: 

• I was able to save one couple $500 each on a Round The World adventure trip and fly them into the city they wanted to go to (saving hundreds on a domestic flight, they would have had to book otherwise).
• A group of three travelling to the USA and Colombia saved $200 each, and I got them behind the curtain in Business class from Miami to Bogota as a little surprise. 
• One of my favorite clients, who would accept nothing but the cheapest price, booked several Round The World trips with me after days of scouring the internet before letting me know she couldn't beat my offer. 

Cruising

I love cruising, there is nothing like the chilled out, relaxing experience that a cruise provides. 

My favourite cruise port is Valetta, Malta, it has such impressive city walls you can feel the intimidation that medieval sailors would have felt coming into port. Then added to that is old world architecture that allows you to fall in love with this beautiful country. A trip to Malta is not complete without journeying to Gozo (the second island) where a completely new experience awaits you. The people are friendly and inviting, the food is delicious. 

A little closer to home and at the opposite end of the spectrum, I really enjoyed the lushness of Port Vila, Vanuatu. While in Vanuatu the water is warm and ready for adventure. Snorkelling and diving spots abound, the pace is relaxed and the people are super friendly. There is something very comforting relaxing on deck observing the islands and atolls of the South Pacific. 

Support - When things go awry... 

For some all the work is done before you get on the plane. I pride myself on working for you throughout your journey. I have years of experience doing After Hours support for one of New Zealand's largest corporate agencies. When all the **** has hit the fan that's when you will be glad you have booked with me. 

A successful resolution:

• Our client was booked on Scandinavian airlines from Copenhagen to San Francisco connecting to Air New Zealand to Auckland. She was arriving on Saturday morning and had an event to attend that evening. 
• Scandinavian cancelled the flight an hour before departure and booked the client into Washington DC and across to San Francisco on American Airlines, giving just 1 hour to make the connecting flight. The American Airlines flight was delayed into San Francisco. 
• Air New Zealand offered to fly her the next day (missing her event) at a charge of $500.
• Feeling very distressed with no overnight accommodation in San Francisco she calls me. 
• Within 30 minutes of contacting me, and after numerous conversations with the airlines involved, I successfully had her re-routed on Qantas via Sydney arriving into Auckland in the early afternoon on time for her event and at no charge.
