Our support team consists of five specialists who are totally dedicated to assisting The Travel Brokers. This includes Commission Claiming, Advertising/Marketing, Administration and general day to day Travel Management.
All client accounts are transacted across the New Tramada Management System which is a web-based system which interacts with the Amadeus GDS. Tramada also offers an excellent Client Profile, Itinerary, Invoicing and Receipting process.

We offer all The Travel Brokers a personal website and an E-Newsletter Template. Facebook, LinkedIn, QR Code and Mobile Travel App.

Industry discounts and familiarization excursions are available year round.
Airfare Support & E-Ticketing
Airfare support is available via Smart Tickets Online and you have free access to the airfares web site; No after-hour emergency call out fees. News updates and highlights are forwarded via email & the airfares database daily.
Communication with the Travel Broker Team
Regular Regional Meetings are held throughout the country for all Travel Brokers, along with an Annual Conference and other activities. A “Newsbroker” web-based intranet site carries a range of information, news and views, plus we have a secure Chat Room.
IT & Technology
Installation of Amadeus and Tramada are handled for you and there is an IT operator who can assist with general enquiries. However, any IT maintenance would be carried out by either your own Computer contacts locally or we can recommend a contractor.
Using existing licensing agreements we can organise the purchase or lease of software such as Microsoft Office and Anti-Virus software. We work with an IT Company who will provide advice on suitable Hardware and Software.
We use the Amadeus GDS. Any training necessary is free of charge.
Branded stationery inclusive of letterhead, compliment slips, itinerary / voucher covers would be on a user pays basis. Business cards are free of charge.
