Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase.. Travel agent professional service fees where charged, will be additional to the advertised prices. Payment & ticketing deadline-Tickets are instant purchase and must be paid for/ticketed immediately. Valid for sales to 2 Jul 2018. Valid for travel commenced and completed within the period 4 Oct 2018 to 8 Oct 2018 (unless otherwise specified).All prices are per person/twin share in New Zealand dollars based on exchange rates as at 10 January 2018 and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Availability is extremely limited in each room type; we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment. Rental car inclusions: GST, Administration Fee, Loss Damage waiver (LDW) , Vehicle Registration Fee (VRF) and Concession Recovery Fee (CRF) / Premium Location Surcharge (PLS). Rental car exclusions: Bond, Fuel, Age Surcharge, Excess Reduction, Tolls, One way Fees, Miscellaneous Fees and Surcharges, Optional extras and tax on all payable direct items. All standard Avis terms and conditions apply. A non-refundable deposit of $550.00 per person is required on confirmation of booking. Booking cannot be guaranteed without deposit. Full non-refundable balance of payment is required no later than 02 July 2018. Bookings received after 02 July 2018 must be fully paid within 24 hours of confirmation. All payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance. All cancellations must be received in writing. GO Holidays reserves the right to amend package prices without warning due to currency fluctuations. Documents will be dispatched approximately 10 days prior to travel. Credit card sales not permitted unless Travel Agent acts as a merchant. Travel requiring an overnight stay in New Zealand will be at passengers own expense. Events beyond our control such as currency fluctuations and changes to the price of aviation fuel may result in prices variations . Strict cancellation fees apply.
