PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS: It is our policy to present the cost of our holidays inclusive of all airport and government charges. Please accept however that these charges are not within our control, therefore we reserve the right to pass on any increase.. Payment & ticketing deadline-Tickets are instant purchase and must be paid for/ticketed immediately. Valid for sales to 2 Jul 2018. Valid for travel commenced and completed within the period 4 Oct 2018 to 8 Oct 2018 (unless otherwise specified).All prices are per person/twin share in New Zealand dollars based on exchange rates as at 22 November 2017 and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Availability is extremely limited in each room type; we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment. A non-refundable deposit of $950.00 per person is required on confirmation of booking. Booking cannot be guaranteed without deposit. Full non-refundable balance of payment is required no later than 02 July 2018. Bookings received after 02 July 2018 must be fully paid within 24 hours of confirmation. All payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance. All cancellations must be received in writing. GO Holidays reserves the right to amend package prices without warning due to currency fluctuations. All escorted tours are subject to minimum numbers. Should these not be reached, a surcharge may be proposed in order to operate or a full refund will be offered. Documents will be dispatched approximately 10 days prior to travel. Please note if you are booking your own flights the latest reporting time at Sydney airport to meet the group is 8am for the start of your tour and the earliest flight for departure out of Sydney is 6pm at the end of your tour. Prices shown are based on per person costs in New Zealand Dollars, for payment by cash, cheque or eftpos only. Credit card sales not permitted unless Travel Agent acts as a merchant. Travel requiring an overnight stay in New Zealand will be at passengers own expense. Events beyond our control such as currency fluctuations and changes to the price of aviation fuel may result in prices variations . Strict cancellation fees apply.
